The InSure^® test kit can be provided to the individual through a number of channels.

• An individual can place an order for the test kit through this website or call the customer service line (1800 55 65 75) at a cost of $34.00.
• An individual may receive a kit from their General Practitioner. In some cases the GP will direct them to our customer service line.
