• You do not need to change your diet or stop medications if you want an accurate result
• You do not have capture your faeces and smear it onto a card or put it into small jars

• You only need to take a sample of toilet bowl water with a brush provided in the kit and place the water sample onto the test card.
• The finished test card sample is sent to the laboratory in the normal, general post
• You will receive a result letter and so will your doctor
